Our full service inspection is completed at every visit to your property. We will email the completed report to you immediately.

  • Check electric service panel for tripped breakers
  • Check smoke alarms
  • Verify vendors quality of service (lawn maintenance, pool service)
  • Clear leaves and debris from entryways
  • Send inspection report immediately

KEY HOLDER SERVICE

This is an affordable service for those that desire a trusted, independent party to be available to check on the property in case of unforeseen circumstances. We will establish you as a client and hold possession of your key but will not make regular visits. Register Checkmate Home Watch with your security company and we will respond to law enforcement requests for a key holder if your alarm is activated. You can even begin a service plan by phone. You might leave your key with a friend or neighbor but, will they be available at the time you really need them? Have peace of mind knowing we are on duty to respond at any time.
